If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to make it right for you!
Please check over your order as soon as you receive it. If you are not satisfied, we have two options available.
1) You may return it for a refund back to the original form of payment, less the $4.00 shipping cost.
2) You may return it and receive a store credit (no deduction for the shipping cost). The credit must go to your account set up with Comment Sold.
Regardless, we must receive notice of the return within 7 days of you receiving the item and the item must be received back to DCB within 21 day of it being shipped to you. Please contact us at email@example.com if you would like to return an item.
The only exceptions to this is sale items, shoes, undergarments and accessories.
Sale Items, Undergarments and Accessories are final Sale.
Please keep the following in mind:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- The item can’t be worn. All tags must be attached.
- The refund will go back to the original form of payment.
